Job Description:
Are you a creative and driven individual looking for an exciting sales opportunity? A prominent floral company in Nairobi is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. This 17-year-old company is on a mission to expand its market presence and needs a self-motivated individual to make it happen.
Responsibilities:
- Sell unique floral arrangements directly to customers (B2C).
- Cultivate and maintain strong, personal customer relationships to drive future sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional floral options.
- Generate new leads and secure clients for the company’s flower bouquets.
- Engage existing clients, ensuring they continue to be delighted by the company’s products and services.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Age 27 and above.
- Diploma-level education in business or a related field.
- At least 1 year of B2C sales experience, with FMCG sales experience considered a plus.
- Willingness to immerse yourself in the industry and learn extensively.
- Demonstrated effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Team player.
